View Report

Viewing the report is our final step. The default view is a simple
table. How the counts are presented depends on the options you
selected in the previous steps. Links to alternate report formats
appear as tabs above the report.

The Printer Friendly tab will display only the table (in a new
window).

The Plus Graph tab will show the printer friendly display with an
additional bar graph column.

Sometimes a Graph Only tab is available, which will display a bar
graph of the current report. This tab won't appear if more than one
list option has been selected (i.e., List Institution Names, List
Months, List Database Names).

The CSV tab will display all the information from the table in a CSV
(comma-separated values) format. You can save this display as a file
and import that file into your favorite spreadsheet program.

Finally, the Bookmarks tab will display bookmarks for the report as
well as a full list of all the parameters. Besides showing bookmarks, this
display is designed so it can be saved as a file and displayed later to
resubmit the same report.

Click Select Report Options, Select Stats Types, Select Databases,
Select Months, or Select Institutions in the left margin to change
previous selections. Then simply click View Report again to see the
result.
